My name is Christy. I am a GPhC-registered pharmacist. I graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First-Class Honours in the Master of Pharmacy. I completed my trainee year at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust in London.

During my training, I quickly realised that, even though there are plenty of resources and past papers out there for, it was time-consuming and stressful to figure out which ones were actually useful. Some materials were out of date, missing key information or only gave answers without any step-by-step guidance. Going through poorly structured resources after a long day at work was exhausting and on top of that, I was also managing personal health challenges, which made revision feel overwhelming and, at times, almost impossible.

That’s why I created pillthegap - an organised, easy-to-use platform built specifically for trainee pharmacists and pharmacy students. The platform provides step-by-step explanations for every question, helps you track your progress over time and includes tools to review mistakes and focus your revision on the areas that matter most. It also features a full assessment mode, which lets you complete a full paper under timed conditions, just like the real GPhC exam, so you can build confidence before the exam day.

I scored 95% in the calculations paper and 90% in the clinical paper in my first attempt. I put this platform together to make revision simpler, less stressful and all in one place - because I know exactly what it's like to be in your shoes.
